Years ago I used to get sopes from this one-off...

Years ago I used to get sopes from this one-off family run place. So good but they sold out and it went downhill. Not bad but just average. Hate when that happens.
Never had a sope that good again.

Yeah, it's kinda tall. Mind you, 20 years ago I rode all over with that gearing. But it's much nicer spinning ~75 rpm with a 39x32 than going the same speed grinding ~55 with 39x25!
