Nicest day of the year so far. had lunch with my dad that resulted in a bit of a route change. ended up with 14 PRs today. looks like there will be more lunches in our future.

i like the trainer because it can mimic reality so i keep it at 100% on those apps that allow it to be changed. that said, i would assume your pace would be the same assuming your power is the same...
