I don't know why Jersey manufacturers don't simply put a bit of velcro over one pocket? One of the Jerseys I have actually has a plastic pouch in one of the back pockets that is sewn into the jersey...

I've gone with the original 10 speed cassette and a spacer. All setup and working good.
