60.5 miles, 4700+' of climbing, all short punchy climbs. Up and down all day.

Had my best 3+ hour power numbers and was able to hit the climbs hard at will....

Not significantly. You might well prefer shorter crank arms, but the benefits are more long term comfort/fatigue rather than performance over a single ride. Also 2.5 mm is a relatively small change....
