Good point. I still have my 80s and 90s bikes. My 2020 era bikes were professionally fit and what a difference in comfort. Getting back on the older rides felt really odd with the saddles too low...

Never happened to me until age 69 after long fast rides in the heat. Usually they were hammy cramps but these were new and oh so painful. Immediately grabbed the pickle jar and drank a bit.
