Unless you have a Chorus or Record crank set, 111mm is the correct spindle length for a double, you don't need a 115,5mm.

115.5mm asymmetrical is for lower end Campagnolo triple crank sets, 111mm symmetrical for double crank sets.

(Record and Chorus use another standard)

Wrap capacity for the SR is only 33 so a road link won't get you very far with an 11-32 cassette.

Maybe try a cheap second hand Potenza or Centaur rear derailleur first, then worry about swapping...

I'm sure you can replace the bearings if you really wanted to but it's likely more trouble than it's worth.
These were €12-15 units, designed to be replaced not serviced.

Just get another ISO...

That's the side that holds the housing, axle and bearings in place.

You turn it clock wise to loosen.

You can try one of the 11S MTB road cassettes, those do fit the 8/9/10S freehub body.

I've had their 11S offering in use for a couple of years now (early 2020 to be precise,) but I have many bikes in rotation.

They work extremely well in combination with Shimano 7000 derailleurs....

I have several Nivacrom frames with forks that weigh in the low to mid 500s, so 722 is a bit of a bummer.
This while the frames themselves arenīt necessarily lighter than the Bioracer's.
