As pointed out it's a steel for a smaller rider. It only had Sprint shifters & derailleurs and Bianchi's trypical mix of Modolo brakes, Ofmega cranks, HS, Hubs etc. But still a great rider

I wouldn't swear to it but I think a lot of that was influenced by the US market, especially the Projects. I'd really like a -5 or -7 but you never see them for sale.
