i have been using high carb liquids (gatorade) and gels (GU) for energy on longer rides as well as cliff bars, etc. i have decided to go low (NO) carb diet to loose some lbs.. what do you eat and...

just wondering what you consume while biking. mu friends all use high carb jells and bars, what do you eat when you are not on binge day?
