You clearly haven't removed a couple dozen crown races with a hammer and screwdriver and then pulled one with a crown race puller. It changes your whole outlook on life :)

I have a couple of FSA headsets with split ring crown races, you can just pop 'em on and off forks with your bare hands.

They should be more popular.

Could be because you put a lot more in there also. I've seen MTB tires come into the shop with 10oz Slime easy. I'll usually initially go with 4 oz sealant in a 2" tire and reups are 2 oz.
