I have the spoon on both my road and fixed gear bikes. I agree with you 100% most comfy saddle for my bottom. You know they make the spoon with ti rails right??

Sugino 75 bb race

I'm missing a race for the sugino 75bb...can I pack the bb with loose ball bearings without the race? Would that mess up the spindle?

Worst case scenario I buy the tange bb or sugino 75 sealed...

This is about the same as my ride to work everyday, I couldn't imagine driving 22 miles each way though! I would have to take a shower at work or something..haha

Pretty much the same mindset as the OP. 20 miles commute everyday. I start to get defensive when there's mad traffic around aka city driving.
