I'm not sure how e-bikes are relevant to climbing posture, but I do know that there's no way an additional 120 W is going to increase your speed from 4.3 mph to 13-15 mph on a 10-13% grade.

If you're buying new tires anyway, and your present wheels are tubeless compatible, it will be cheap and easy to try tubeless. You can always go back to tubes if it doesn't work out for you.

Yeah, definitely. Ironically, you might actually need to put more sealant in high pressure narrow tires, because you lose a lot of sealant before the pressure drops enough to let it do its job.
