That's a nice one, definitely a Bailey creation. I would date it to c. 1987 based on the decals. I have a Giro from '85 which appears to be made from Vitus tubing.

A friend of mine has a bike shop in Vancouver, and has been retailing these things for years. I think some foreign consortium bought the rights to the name, sort of like Brodie mountain bikes.

Hub is also worth saving on that Mavic wheel, although these are a complete PITA to true or work on, as you need the special tool to hold the spokes and loosen the nipples. And they have a bad habit...
