Close is only really good with horse shoes and hand grenades, and that isn’t really all that close. Different BB, fork, it’s noticeably heavier, I quit looking at that point.

It’s a good bike and quite a bit less expensive than the next one up the food chain with Ultegra.

Replace the seat post clamp (know to crack) and you are good to go.

I like the Ultegra C36...

If you wanted to remove 1 to 2mm from a carbon fiber steerer tube how would you do it?

Would you bevel the edges down to where you wanted to end up?

I love mine but it is a bit propitiatory stem internal mechanical cables and brake hoses but it works. Like the T47 bottom bracket and 27.2 seat post Look makes a nice one.

Don’t know about anyone else’s situation but my battery is in the seat post I just pop it out and run a 1.2 meter Di2 wire from there to the lever and do the updates, then pop the seat post back in....
