These days, I clamp the Park freewheel removal tool with the skewer, place an adjustable wrench on the tool, and hit the end of the wrench with a sledge hammer. Never fails.

Sorta looks like the small ring is a 44t. If so, leave that one on there when you sell. But remove the SR stuff for a keeper.

I don't like any inner tube to show. I instead file the clamp edges smooth, so they don't scratch the finish. I use long bolts to get everything square and perfect, then substitute smaller bolts....
