yes not hard enough. so just to make sure check the screw that holds the wires in on the back of the smartphone hub. if they look fine I would get the bike checked it could be a internal wire issue.

I usually get most of the time but to my phone. but the biggest trick I kind is to fully turn it off not just put it to sleep. that will help connection issues a lot.
