My stoker and I are taking our tandem to Carpinteria this weekend and are looking for some advice on potential rides. A couple of routes in the 30-50 mile range and 2,000 to 3,000’ of climbing?

I was able to fit a 28mm tire on her this morning! Very close fit, but it works. Good thing the wheel is true; there can’t be more than a mm of space on either side.
