The flyer dampens the road vibration really well, but the springs are really stiff, you are not bouncing up and down when you are riding, its hard to tell the springs are there until you need them....

Ok i had time today to play with the 700c wheels, my 29er wheels with 2.2 tires will not fit but after doing some measuring 32-35 should fit fine and unless you've got really big feet toe overlap...

Perfectly normal, i only count the lows as weight loss, it's nothing for me to hit a new low then the next day weight 3-4-5 lbs more, then after a week or so i'll hit another low then back up....
