1984 Miyata 210 Two Ten for $150?

There is a seller in my area with a red 1984 Miyata 210 that looks to be in decent shape from the pictures asking $150. I'm guessing it's a 1984 based on the hi-ten fork and plain gauge cro-mo frame....

Do you recognize if the bike I linked is indeed a Trek 400? I wouldn't pay $400 for it either if it didn't have the dynamo hub and light, those are worth about $150 to $200 for me though
