Bikesdirect was able to send sent me qty 1 of the Kestrel RT900 Frame cable grommets (along with a flask - LOL).
I reverse engineered/designed it and should have several of them 3D printed...

I just sent Bikesdirect an email and will also start on the 3D print route tonight.
3D printing might take a couple of iterations to get the geometry just right.
