Unhappy Micargi rover gx beach cruiser cant install front fender

So I ordered a Micargi Rover GX from bikeberry.com
The beach cruiser came 80 percent assembled and just need the handle bars foot pedals fenders and front wheel assembled

Now I got the bike...
