Temperatures dipped into the 60s for my ride today. First time I've ridden sub 80 degree in a while. Kinda crazy how much easier it is to make power when you're not going through 1.5 bottles an hour....

Really simple. If you wanna get stronger, ride tons (13-22 hours per week), do intervals, make sure to get good rest. If you wanna get faster, find the fastest ride in your area and get dropped on it...
