I was having aches and pains from the Sun cruiser's original setup. Amazing that a cruiser-style setup could ever be uncomfortable, but that's these old bones. Just had my 70th birthday this week....

Changing the "synchronizing chainrings" (the matched 34T rings on the left side) will have no effect on the overall gearing. They have to be the same size but the size doesn't matter.
