I was more thinking about the pivot point in the adjustable stem. The added weight is meaningless to me, I'm not that kind of rider.
Not concerned about the riser extension, that makes total sense.

bought on the cheap bulb horns. Rather not mount on the handlebar facing forward, but rather the stem pointing down.

Long story short, a couple of stem changes I ended up at 145mm...

Not entirely sure, but from measuring the OEM 95mm stem, I'd say the handlebar is 25mm.

I think the 56 frame was prolly OK for me for the 1st decade I had it. Never bothered me even with the original San Remo saddle.
