basically what happened was I had slightly torn it when i fractured my tibia plateau.. then last summer i crashed my bike commuting at about 20mph and it just really hurt after that... couldn't walk...

UPDATES: Went from 9 speed Ultegra to SRAM Force - awesome, back to the Arione. Also picked up some SIDI Genius 6.6s and WHAT A DIFFERENCE.
