Lycra reinforced with elastic around the top...

Lycra reinforced with elastic around the top usually does it. Since I have skinny legs, I took the knee-warmers in about an inch and sewed them so they are tight. No more sliding down my legs.

Today was low 50s so bibs, leg warmers, long sleeve thermal jersey, cloth cycling jacket, light weight long finger gloves and toe covers on my shoes. Was very comfy. Things are changing...
