Everything original.. even tires which are still good! Pretty sure it was never ridden much. $175! Even the tubes were still good. Aired it up and lubed the chain and turned this baby loose. Lightest...

My first real mtb was a nineties gt avalanche that I build piece by piece from really high end components. It had the original rock shox judy fork and it still worked great. I miss that bike.

It’s tough to have a dual purpose bike like that which does both things well. Main issue is any tires that grip well on trails aren’t gonna roll very fast on pavement.
