50 miles today on my hybrid. Temp 50 F, Wind 12 mph. Glad I went. Almost didn’t go out. Instead, I nailed it. Getting motivated is sometimes the hard part as the weather gets colder.

Pawls problem mentioned above would be my first suspicion based on your description.
