My CAAD10-3 Ultegra is 16.1 lbs without the carbon pedals. I imagine the pedals and computer added another 250-300 grams but the carbon Cannondale cages are 20 grams each. I saved a pile of weight...

Finally got around to setting this new CAAD10-3...

Finally got around to setting this new CAAD10-3 up and going for a ride. I'm pleased with the ride quality and my other bike is a Specialized Roubaix.
The wheels are Soul 3.0 in the new wider width...

With the Soul 3.0's the weight dropped to 16lbs 2oz. Shaved nearly a pound with the wheels. Should be a decent upgrade.
Now, if the snow would stop, I could ride my new CAAD10 3.

I have to post some pics and I will shortly of my CAAD10 3. I have yet to ride it as its still -14 and snowing.
I am weighing the wheels as I am replacing them with a new pair of Soul 3.0 23mm wide...

This is good to hear. I was going to buy the 3 but all they have is a black 5 on sale. I think the $1200 saved will buy me a set of Soul 2.0 or 3.0 and maybe that crank. I can live with the cheapo...

I am looking at at 54cm CAAD10 5. Fits well and will fit really well with a tad shorter stem.
The bike weighs 19.24 lbs on the shops scale. I am hoping that some decent wheels...
