Mostly just running and waiting.

34 miles, sunny, 55 friggin degrees. I had to shed my base layer at the MIL's condo. I'll recall this day when we probably have a foot of snow in March.

No new snow and less wind today, so after 3 miles on the dreadmill, 6 miles on the mtn bike felt great even at 21º :D
