Nitrider headlight rattle

Had a old 450 micro and it still works but the charging port stopped working. Found a deal on a 650 micro and tail combo. Charged headlight and just figured use the old mount. It rattled like crazy...

I have a 96 or 97 multi track 700 and the cranks got tight over the winter. Ordered the puller tool and found it to be ball bearings. Is there a cartridge I can replace with instead?
