The wheel is the second wheel I've had with this bike. I was hit by a car and had to buy a new wheel from the manufacturer. Both the old and the new wheel were off center. So probably not the wheel....

So, I put a brand new tube into my tire. Filled it up to about 20 psi. Checked the rim all around. Bead was securely in the rim on both sides. White stripe around tire was even to the rim all around....

Thanks. I ordered a new spoke and nipple from Rad. But it'll take a few weeks to get here.

And, yeah, Rads come with poor spoke tension. I tightened all mine when I got the bike a few years back....
