ISO Shimano BR-6600 Front or hardware to change one from a rear to a front

I'm trying to put together a bike (surprise) and I have a rear BR6600. I can other rear ones, but no front ones, nor do I have the hardware to convert .....

Any suggestions?

I have the same paint scheme on what I have deciphered to be a 1971 Raleigh Competition. It does indeed have Zeus cranks.

It was interesting to me that the Competition was in the Raleigh brochures...
