just took it back to the shop. the tech put the wrong rim strip on so when I was inflating it was hitting the side of the rim and poking a hole in it. All fixed.

same thing happens to me. I found 2 pairs of sunglasses (one dark lenses for sun and one amber for lighter days) they have helped. Look for larger lenses. Or.......get lasik =)
