I ride a 2010 Secteur Sport. I did upgrade to it 10 speed and love it. $1050.00 is a very good price for that Elite. But if you have $1800 to spend I would purchase the Roubaix.

I upgraded my 2010 Specialized Secteur from Sora 9 speed to 10 speed. I purchased used Microshift 10 speed shifters, Tiagra 10 speed RD. I kept the Sora FD on the bike. It works great.

The Raleigh Revenio 3.0 is a better brand IMHO. I test rode one of those bikes and it fit well. I wouldn't trust a bike I could not ride before purchase.
