I'm sure age has something to do with it, but I wouldn't place too much stock in that. I just turned 40 this year and I'm stronger than I've ever been. I firmly believe I can be stronger next year....

Pawling has all the climbing of HT packed into 38 miles, it's all about the effort and recovery....

From this past summer during a Masters 35+ 1,2,3,4 event, I'm a 4. Temps had to be in the low 50s or high 40s, we got drenched a the start.
