Others have had good experiences with bitex, but I've also had good experiences with novatec. Had 4 sets on bdop wheels for over 4 years and one on a LB set. They are equally inexpensive.

Not on their website, but you can ask for them 56mm deep 28mm wide.

Another point is that when I bought the hubs from Bob dopolina his website had mentioned that you get novatec hubs with good Japanese bearings as well...
