I use Baby Oil to clean my hands after a dirty, greasy work session. It's very gentle on the skin and does the best job of skin degreasing that I have ever used. It's cost effective too.

I'm more inclined to narrow the dropouts based on the responses. It seems like less, but more precise work than changing out the hub axle.
