A trainer might help for those cold days when it's 63 degrees out. I find I sweat quickly when using it indoors and the thermostat is usually set at 67 degrees which is quite a bit warmer....

I don't ride a trek because they cost more MSRP for the same components, and by in large, all low end bike's frames are made in the same factory with similar frame styles, just different brand names....
