Yes sir only an indication. But the longer it stays undetectable the better. I just had my tested again and <0.1. I see the surgeon on Friday which should be my last heck with him.

Glad to hear you are staying in the undetectable range and going down. From what I have read on this thread it seems to be 8-12 weeks before riding again. Like you, I will try it on the trainer first...
