Try an OTC anti-fungal. I can't remember the name but I think it ended in "ole". Heard about it on BF for jock itch. Worked great.

Just bought a Sun Baja trike, already have 2019 Roll sport. I was skeptical when I read that riding a trike was different...they were right.
