these are great tires!

i've been riding these daily for 3 + years and have had only one flat, that was simply because the tire had too many miles and was worn out.

it already has the kevlar belt so you won't need mr....

It really depends on your training and how strong...

It really depends on your training and how strong of a rider you are. Also, it depends on the course. If the course is flat and everyone is running their big chain ring, they'll probably go faster...
