J menguy was more likely the builder. Fairly obscure Québécois builder. The Fluer de Lis is outlined and the Marinoni Fluer de Lis is completely hollowed out- at least the ones I've seen- 10 or so.

Hey Folks,
Long story short, one of the guys at Campy says a 26 tooth cog is as big as you should run with a short cage on a 9 speed set up, because 28 tooth cog will stress the deraileur too much....
