They're 650b rims. Era correct but not original...

They're 650b rims. Era correct but not original to the bike.
Front hub is gnutti and rear is alfa. Looks like a remnant of an oval label on the rear rim... possibly super champion?

Someone swapped out the crankset and it's missing the rear cibie light cover.

Bottom bracket shell marked RGF.

I think the unreadable serial number digit is a 4. So it might be a 54...
