Duh...and looks like the seat lug above is also IC and has that logo (?) so the casters did a bunch of custom components for Pinarello, it appears.

Who made the investment-cast shell for Pinarello? I'm blanking on the logo in the topside...
Odd that with all the custom tooling to make this shell that Pina would opt for that "strap" for cable...
