Dynaplug or a stan's dart are there for the life of the tire and you just need to top up the sealant to be ready for the next one...

I ride a defy advanced 2... same carbon frame but alloy steerer tube, trp spyres and pr2 wheels. About 7000kms in and no problems at all. ( New chain and tires but that's it)
