those look like a compromise between the 630 handlebars and the original Townie handlebar, is that right? I found the 630 EVRYjourney too far back, felt like riding a horse bareback

maybe it depends on what is wrong with knees?

but for me, having the feet forward of the hips lets me get full extension and also reach the ground when I stop. that saves me.
