here's one in profile, and a close-up of where the fork meets the head tube. The bottom half of the headset is aligned fine and I don't see any obvious bend in the direction of travel or otherwise....

perfect ,thank you! I wish i had a spare one sitting around to test it this way but the sealed shimano ones are only $20 anyways so I'll take a chance on the 122.5 :-)
