It's one thing I give Cannondale credit with. On all of their alloy frames the paint is damn near bulletproof, I've never seen a flaking or chipping paint job on one. It's pretty incredible!

PS - looks like it's also bucked enough it cracked the paint on the downtube here...

All 531, seems it's a PX-10 variant. For $200 it's hard to beat. Even with the BL mechs.
