Where can I find an owners manual or just an exploded view of the correct parts placement for the presta set up ? The pump works, but doesn't seem right , maybe a missing part ?

I re checked that bolt , it was snug but could have been tighter, so I cranked on it a bit . Between that and bending the arms a bit it seems ok for now.

Time will tell . :)
