Thanks everyone but it seems like the problem has cleared out, after 200 kms the cassette seem to be workings smoothly now. Maybe it was the breaking in?

Oh the only difference was that the old chain was 105. Right now i'm using an Ultegra. Although the chain again works perfectly well with the old cassette.
